ATVs and off-road motorcycles are not allowed on streets, sidewalks, parks, or private property without permission.
Riding near pedestrians, fishing areas, or recreational spaces is prohibited for safety reasons.
Exceptions apply for official city business and certain agricultural uses.
ATVs must have lights if operated at night on approved roads.

Homeowners are allowed six chickens on their property. Roosters are not allowed.
Is fishing allowed in Big Eleven Lake?
Yes. The fishing hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Kansas residents ages 16-64 need both a Unified Government fishing permit and a Kansas state fishing license. Residents can get permits through the Wyandotte County Parks & Recreation Department or online through the Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks.
